| A single page website can be produced for as little as
£100 (+vat).
Larger websites will grow in price depending on complexity,
features and amount of work to produce.
A very rough guide of cost is £50-£100 per static
page and £75-£200 per dynamic page.
Additional features such as database, user authentication,
site search etc would add to the cost and complexity. |

DEDICATED SERVERS
| A dedicated server can be provided from as little as £75
per month (+vat). For this price you would then be in complete
control of the management and running of the server.
The cost would increase for bigger server, greater monthly
bandwidth, backup service, server management. |

Prices
As with most things these days, "You get what you pay for".
This old adage applies also to the products and services supplied by AGL
Software. It is difficult to give an exact price before discussing your
requirements as every client's needs are different, with each job requiring
different amounts of work.
To design and produce a single page website where the client provides
pictures and text will be very low cost since very little of our time
and effort is required.
However, to produce a site with 100 dynamically produced pages with a
large database backend and a multi page administration area, will be a
significant cost. To work out the cost for such a site would require lengthy
discussions with the client in order to produce an exact requirements
specification.

| The cost of hosting a site depends on a number of features.
The initial features considered are site size, monthly bandwidth
requirement and management needs.
A simple website of up to 50Mb in size and with no management
needs could be hosted for £15 per month (+vat)

Other services may include the setting up of a Worldpay
account for use on your website to collect payments.
Development, installation and maintenance of an intranet
for use in your company and to run on your on servers.
